ACCOUNTABILITY FRAMEWORK
Our Accountability Framework
Nisbet Lodge has developed an Accountability Framework that keeps the organization focused on quality and risk management. It allows the organization to plan for the future, measure quality, reports results and improve quality. The framework aligns and integrates the mission, vision and values into the strategic goals and direction of the organization. The framework consists of five key success factors:

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Nisbet Lodge is a non-profit, charitable organization. A fifteen person Board of Directors operates both the Lodge and Manor. Eight percent of the directors come from our founders, Calvary Church and the remainder from other churches in the area. The members of the corporation are the members of Calvary Church. A public annual meeting is held in June.
